Congratulations! You have been elected as a member of the Hourly Safety Committee for the 1980 B-Term for the period July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981. The July meeting of this Committee will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 1980 at 2:00 p.m. in the Training Conference Room of the Personnel Building.
The Plant Manager's Safety Board appreciates this oppor tunity to work with you. Like the committees that have served in the past, we feel certain that this committee will continue to contribute greatly to the success of the safety program.
As previously stated in the plant-wide bulletin, the new Hourly Safety Committee chairman for the 1980 B-Term will be elected at the first meeting of the committee.

HOURLY SAFETY COMMITTEE ELECTION BY HOURLY PERSONNEL
Daring the week of June 9, 1980, the Hourly employees will elect their new members for the Hourly Safety Committee. The voting will begin on June 9, 1980, and end on June 13.
The elected members will serve for one (1) year beginning July 1, 1980.
Ballots for the election will be distributed by your Contact Supervisor. Ballot boxes will be placed in che following locations:
1. Main Gate
2. West Gate
3. Shops Building Tool Room.
