Dear Mr. Kossow: This agreement will cover the purchase of alliGENAL molding ^compound supplied to the Square D Company by the Plastics Business Operations of the General Electric Company from January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1982. . o All invoices will reflect list pricing, with cumulative earned credit rebates to be earned per the following schedule: 0 - 999,999 1.000. 000. - 1,999,999 2.000. 000 - 2,499,999 2,500,000 - . 2.5% 3.0% ' 4.0% 5.0% e Rebates will be paid in cash or material, following the attainment of each volume level. Rebates will be paid to Corporate Purchasing for appropriate credit distribution to the buying locations. The rebate at any given volume will be calculated by multiplying the rebate percentage at the level attained by year-to-date purchases, and subtracting rebate payments at lower volume levels. All standard terms and conditions of sale apply to the products shipped to Square D. Company No pellet premium will be charged. e Square D will issue purchase orders with specific release dates for at least three (3) months at a time, in order for the General Electric Company . to ensure prompt delivery to Square D locations.
