He had no immediate comDlaints of any consequence, but gave a history of having last quit work in January, 1938, because he fainted at work, had vomitting and weakness, and after which he continued with cough, expectoration, chills and sweating for about three months. He gave a history of having been ill with s similar condition from February to June, 1936. At this time this man appears in good health, age about 52, weight 172f; blood pressure 130/90, temperature 98.6, and pulse 88* A complete study of recent and previous x-rays was made. Physical examination of his chest together with the study of the x-rays does not reveal any pathology in his chest to cause any degree of disability.
