I have a huge favor to ask. You will remember my partner in Eastman's DC office, Brent Perry, from when we had lunch together at Johnny's in your old role. He handles energy and environment issues for us. We wanted to see if there is any way you could chat either this afternoon or Monday with Brent regarding an issue regarding EPA Region 4 (TN) CAA (the issue has to do with a delay in making effective Appendix W in the Region Four state implementation plan, and we see compelling reasons for it to be done before 5/22 deadline).
