were successful in having Carrier amend the tariff item to apply on both containers.
Copy of amended tariff is attached and you will note the effective date of the change is March 2nd.

NOTE 2: The charge per trailer includes the return of empty shipping con
tainers provided they are available to the carrier for transportation in
the return segment of a round trip. NOTE 3: Free time for loading or unloading. 650 (a) one hour free time will be allowed in shippers plant at Sterling
Heights to unload any empty return shipping containers and to load "set
up cabs" and release same by tendering shipping documents to the carrier.;
(b) one hour free time will be allowed in consignees plant at Romeo to
unload and receipt for the "set-up cabs" also to reload empty return
shipping containers, if any, and release same by tendering shipping docu
ments to the carrier,
NOTE 4: Detention charges beyond free time:
(a) When the delay with driver beyond free time is one hour or less, the
detention charges will be $33.99. For each additional fifteen minutes
or fraction thereof, the charge will be $8,32,
