Hew formulas are to be issued to factories August 23, neither 12/fifl nor 30P Zinc Oxide will be required in the new..formulas. Therefore, total Leaded Zinc requirements will be reduced accordingly. House Paint Whites (BltSVU, BtidWlli, A2WU, A2W8, etc.) ~ The conversion to Ozlde 3 is now scheduled for November 1, 1971. leaded Zinc, code cfi-22-OO will be required until then. Underwaters (A2H2, A6W32, A6W39, etc.) -- Conversion is scheduled on October 15, 1971. New formulas will have no requirement at all for Zinc Oxide -- leaded or lead free. Basic White lead, code 66-06-22 will he required until then. Coffeyvllle is unable to fill new orders through August 30, 1971, however, they currently have a limited Inventory. Since August 30, is the next scheduled production, the factories should not expect to receive new orders placed until approximately September 13, 1971 when considering the required time in transit.
