Proposed modifications and additions to Aroelor facilities at both plants will increase total Aroelor capacity from 48*000*000 pounds to 77*200*000 pounds per year. Bile is urgently needed to meet rapidly expanding demand for Aroelor Plasticiser and Functional Fluid products. On motion made and seconded* the following resolution was unanimously adopted} RESOLVED* that the expenditure of $750*000 to expand Aroelor production capacity from a total of 48*000,000 pounds to a total of 77*200*000 pounds per year at the Anniston, Alabama* plant and at the William 0.
