Back at home, environmentalists fear recent comments from New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu (R) suggest he may be reconsidering the state's participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, though the governor indicated he currently has no {plans to pull out of the cap-and-trade program.
And in court, the Justice Department is asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th {Circuit to block a youth-pursued lawsuit alleging the federal government is violating {the Constitution by failing to protect them from climate change, after a lower court {allowed the case to go to trial.
