Delivery of the collector ie scheduled for May 5th, at which time we will be prepared to expedite installation. In regard to your Joint Cement Plant problems, it seems imperative that we get together soon to discuss all the angles. We did not intend to force Earl Harvey'8 opinions upon anyone in your organization but were attempting to provide you with enough information and suggestions to make a decision possible. We still would like to see the Bag Packer System installed as it was planned pending further decisions on the Bag Slitting Hood.
