The carmittee elected Madeline Hare as the new chairperson. Old Business On the HCN emergency lights, Kozlek and Riddle have developed a proposed which will be presented to SHAC at their next meeting. New Business Fire and Entry Permits There has been seme confusion as to the policy that requires each craft to have a entry permit. The practice of salaried personnel entering on craft permits was also discussed. Bob Hairmann will review the matter. Jake Linkey expressed a concern about a lack of consistency in the procedure bulletin regarding the shutdown of equipment during fire and spill alarms. Bob Hartmann will review the matter. Ben Peek expressed a concern about old obsolete instrumentation which is hard to maintain and often give erratic readings in the East Plant. The next HSC meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 1985. It will begin at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room 1 cf the Personnel Building. SC 12358 J. M. Gatewood
