Attached please find a voluntary revision to the 1991 Section 313 reporting requirements for Vista Chemical Company's Mississippi facility, as required under section 313, Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986.
A typographical error resulted in the under reporting of vinyl chloride (CAS number 75-01-4) in section 8.1.
