Thanks for the quick response, Byron. Our only conflict at this point is 2 p.m. Tuesday. Otherwise we're wide open.
Shall we say 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday? Or please let us know whatever else would work best for you.

Good morning, Byron,
You may already be aware that shortly before the holidays, environmental groups led by Earthjustice launched active opposition to re-establishment of the Coal Combustion Products Partnership (C2P2 program.) This action has already sparked interest on Capitol Hill.
I will have Tom Adams, executive director of the American Coal Ash Association, with me in Washington next Tuesday and Wednesday, January 9-10. Would you have a few minutes to meet with us so that we can bring you up to speed on our discussions with EPA program offices over the past several months and what may be in the offing now that Earthjustice appears to be making this a priority?
Thanks! --wardo
