The draft Decision including the Annex has been uploaded on CIRCABC. 2 The act needs to be adopted with extreme urgency because the legal basis in Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 will be repealed as soon as the new F-gas Regulation enters into force. In accordance with Article 3(2) of the rules of procedures in case of extreme urgency the time-limit for submission of documents can be less than 5 days. The members of the Committee are requested to express their opinion ("YES", NO" or "ABSTENTION") before 23 January 2024 at 18.00h (CET), by sending an e-mail to Please note that any Committee member who does not oppose the draft Implementing Decision or who does not explicitly abstain from voting thereon by 23 January 2024 before 18.00h (CET) will be regarded as having tacitly agreed to it.
