In that capacity John received all one-of-a-kind mailings from the Association, including assessment notices, proxy forms, etc. Because of the change in responsibili ties which has recently occurred at NL, John has informed us that, effective immediately, you are to be our Official Representative from NL. In addition, John has been a member of the Board of Directors and has asked that you be his replacement on the Board. Assuming that this is in line with your wishes, I would like to welcome you as a member of the LIA Board of Directors and to ask you if you would be interested in becoming a member of the Executive Committee as well.
