We do believe however that LXA includes among its nestbership ccepaniss that produce possibly 90 percent of the Industrial type batteries and certainly a significant portion of the BLI batteries. A list of the ambers is attached. A copy of the Association* s By-Lava and Certificate of Incorporation is also attached. As a Manufacturer of storage batteries your company would cons under the Membership classification *Assembled Articles.* As such your yearly assessaent would be at the rate of 2% cents per ton of total lead oonsuaed, the rata established for 1969 on I960 tonnages# with a Mini mum of #200 and a msvIssim of $500 per year.
