He wants to share a copy of the letter with Andrew and ask him if he is confirmed if he will work to get the Setter completed. Alternatively, he wants to ask if he were confirmed and became Acting Administrator, if he'd sign it.
These are things that Andrew may not be able to do given the circumstances, but! needed to let you know, and I wanted to make sure he had that context.
