It does present an opportunity, however, in that Secretary Pruitt can deliver a few remarks to our conference (from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, on the very same street as the Manhattan Institute meeting!). An alternative is our cocktail party for speakers, 5:00-7:30 pm on Tuesday, May 16. Please let me know if this grand opportunity proves feasible.
