Please be advised that these products were a blend .of lightweight culite aggregate, air entraining agents, preservatives and corrosion ' inhibitors in a gypsum or bentonite binder. As manufactured, asbestos fibers were added to the products. The asbestos content was approxi mately 12-18Z by weight. Sales of these products were discontinued in 1972. It is necessary in evaluating a future course of action with regard to materials such as these to use the following criteria: 1. Age of the sprayed-on asbestos-bearing materials. 2. Physical condition of the material. ce which has occurred or may occur due to characteristics of many materials sold prior to asbestos, we believe that the asbestos fibers would matrix. This conclusion assumes that the material Buffered no in-place damage.
