vs. Sherwm Williams

Date of Incident: 4/15/81
Q
pjji Dear Ms. Nelson:
During my absence from the office the past two weeks, you have sent a copy of the report of Research Service Bureau, Q Inc. who conducted an activities check of the widow.
^ On Monday, April 24, 1989, I fielded a chll from q attorney. The widow has inquired of him on several 3 occasions concerning the payment of the award representing 05 the accrued benefits plus interest. That amount was
discussed in the third paragraph of my letter to you of March 29, 1989.
I concluded from my talk with Mr. Larsen that the widow might very well be interested in a lump sum to cover both the accrued and future benefits. That would merit our attention if we could get a reasonable compromise of the future damages.
You, Tony Colangelo and I should discuss this very soon. shall assume that one of you will initiate the call.
I
With best regards, I am
Very truly yours.
