Rubber Company Hogansville, Georgia res Mrs. Fostina Ecrnsby Dear Mr. Alexander: Mrs. Fostina Homsby has been investigated in this office and with a stay in Emory University Hospital. Our findings are that she has some pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema with a ` superimposed tracheobronchitis partially due to infection and largly due to external irritants. Her history would suggest strongly that this disease has been precipitated by and certainly aggravated by exposure to asbestos dust and other irritating inhalants associated with her work. I feel that she is not a candidate in view of her overall bronchial irritability to work in an atmosphere that contains any increase in bronchial inhalant irritants.
