A, and 6660, Rev. A, dated 11-7-52, which tank cars are rot equipped with excess flow valves as required by Note 9 of section 73*31U (a) of the Interstate Commerce Regulations* Shipping orders, bills of lading, or other shipping papers covering each shipment 'under this permit shall bear the notation "ICC Special Permit No. Id99" following the description of the commodity and the placard notation. In addition, each tank shall be stencilled near the otner prescribed markings "ICC Special Permit No. 1899". This permit does not relieve the shipper from compliance with any requirement of the I.C.C. Regulations except as expressly provided herein. This permit expires December 31, 1957, or at such time as the tank cars have been equipped in accordance with the requirements of Note 9 of section 73*31U (a) of I.C.C.
