Employee did regular job of charging blenders on Line III. No specific cause for the overexposure has been found. However, a suspicion exists that it may have occurred when the employee removed his coveralls caus ing dusting.
Employee worked in vicinity of new unit blow tank during preparation for installing a sparge pipe. A leaking valve in the system gave trouble.during the time.

Employee worked in old unit entire shift. No cause has been found for the overexposure. The employee and his fellow workers and supervisor have no recollection of anything that may have produced the over exposure.
