Asst SOI for Fish, Wildlife and Parks Dear Aurelia, We invite you to participate again (in person limited to 30, or remotely) in the up-coming session of our dialogue on Landscape-level Conservation in anticipation of infrastructure and other development to be hosted by CCG and EHL on Thursday, January 18, 2018, from 9:30 - 3:30 EST at EHL's offices (address above). The focus will be on multiple agency/interest collaboration and funding/finance. Attached is a brief background piece regarding the dialogue, including lists of invitees and brief (one or two page) papers that have been invited, as well as the earlier CCG Report. We would welcome a brief paper from you on this topics. We anticipate receiving these short papers by December 20 (they will not be presented at the Dialogue Session, but, rather will be provided to participants in advance as background information). Based in part on all the papers, Doug Wheeler and I will then draft a brief discussion outline that will be provided to participants in advance of the session (in addition to the individual papers). Following the session, we will then draft a report that brings the papers, the discussion outline and the dialogue together. The resulting report will be reviewed with participants and then completed. Let me know if you can join us (in person or remotely) and whether you would like to provide a brief paper. I strongly believe that we have the possibility of assisting to craft a viable and powerful way forward, nationally, in conserving habitat at large-scale, in advance of infrastructure and other development If you have questions or would like to discuss this further, please let me know. I very much look forward to the dialogue. Best regards, Lindell Lindell L.
