Dear Bob,
I deeply and sincerely appreciate the time and'thought -which yon gave in your letter to me concerning Bob Young and Bob Page* As regards the former I think the situation can be handled* I can assure you that there will be no training program of residents in occupational medicine for which Ohio State University takes responsibility that I do not run myself* There are a couple of residaits at North American Aviation now, one of which is already a lost cause, but with the other I think I can do something. In the future ary program out there will have attached to it a thor oughly adequate educational program here in my department designed much along the Mes? whiefcyou apd I worked'out together in; G inicinriati in 19it7 .
Thanks, also, for the comments with regard to Bob Page. It seemed to me he was going a little haywire, but I couldnH be sure* I shall have no aversion to accepting aiy money which his unit may wish to give to this school as an educational grant, but I could not advise aryone to put money into his institute at the present time.
I hope you had a good time in England. You sure picked a Hell of a time to go. Give my best to Mrs. Kehoe, and tell her I am sorry I did not see her on my last visit* I hope thA you and I may see more of each other in the future* Largent is going to India*
warmest regards.
Sincerely,
1
