Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following reso lutions were unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, That this Company donate to St. James Catholic Church, Potosi, Missouri approximately twentyfive acres of land, having an appraised value of $2,500 and located in U. S. Survey No. 430, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, 5th P.M., Washington County, Missouri. FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper officers of this Company be and they hereby are authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver in the name of and under the seal of this Company that certain quit claim deed remising and releasing this Company's interest in and to the aforesaid property as in said quitclaim deed more fully described. Upon motion, the meeting then adjourned.
