Yfebster Engineering Corporation in connection with the design and construction of facilities for the expansion of its plants at Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the work to be performed under the terms and con ditions of the Term Contract between us dated May 29, 19U5. The new facilities to be included in the expansion program are briefly as follows: Sodium Area Salt evaporation, sodium handling, chlorine handling, additional rectifying units, and revisions to electrical system together with additional general facilities. Tetraethyl Lead Area Lead pot and furnace, lead-sodium alloy, steam jet refrigeration, nitrogen, TEL building and wash house, and fluid blending building, together with necessary storage, purification and general facilities. Since it is at this time impossible to estimate the extent of your services in connection with each of the specific items of work to be undertaken hereunder, including engineering, purchasing, expediting and accounting, it is suggested that we hold in abeyance the determination of the fee percentage of the "Cost of the '.fork" on which your Stone 5c 'Webster -2- 9-5-U7 condensation is based until we can more clearly define the specific work to be undertaken by you. As in the past it is our desire to fix the total amount of your compensation for this work on the basis of a mutually approved definitive estimate of the Cost of the Work.
