Attached is a schedule for various personal dosimetry sampling for 1981. A second sheet outlines what jobs will be sampled. These samples do not require any action on your part as pumps will be put out and collected by Safety personnel.
This schedule does not include area sampling or any special sampling that might be necessary.
Results of the sampling will be communicated to the person sampled and to you in all cases.

Benzene: Sample for benzene bi-monthly, every other month. The following people will be sampled: Top Operator of Steam Plant, Outside Man from Steam Plant. The unit operators and Shift Supervisor from Ethylene Unit. Also sample. Instrument and Mechanical personnel as available.
Methyl Chloride:
Sample for MeCl bi-monthly, every other month. Sample all Methyl Chloride Unit jobs plus Operations Supervisor.
Sample Instrument and Mechanical personnel as available during month or during turnarounds.
Alcohol:
Sample for alcohol (Cg - C2) 4 month frequency. Sample Top Operator, Outside Personnel of 550 and 600 Unit. Also sample Pumper and 2 Loaders. Sample Mechanical personnel who will be working complete day in 550 or loading.
Ethylene Oxide:
Sample for EO bi-monthly for each month through May, 1981. Sample Top Operator, Outside Operators in Methyl Chloride, if working ETO job, two loaders loading ETO trucks and cars. A number of point source areas monitoring EO to be done. Sample mechanical personnel during possible ETO shutdown.
VCM-EDC: Sample all ethylene personnel once per quarter including Shift Supervisor.
Breathing Air:
Sample one cylinder at random per month.
