I have forwarded the Complaint and the Acknowledgment of Service to the District Court. I am writing to ask for some information and also to suggest a method whereby we might resolve this claim. I wonder if there is any amount per week, for example $50.00, that you would be willing to have subtracted from your workers' compensation checks. These amounts could be sent to Sherwin-Williams to satisfy the outstanding debt and it would not be too painful a way to repay the debt. Please let me know your thoughts on this. Perhaps you want to "counter offer". In any event, I look forward to hearing from you. Very truly ypurs. Richard N. Hewes, Esquire RNH/asb cc:/ Anthony Colangelo N40252 0007-SWP-005802978 CONFIDENTIAL
