In the meantime we understand that the allowed C.N.R.S. patent on mutual irradiation will be issued very shortly now in this country (if it is not already and Just recently out). This is Item (3) in the Appendix of the proposal sent with my January 20, 1966 letter to you. We will let you know its exact identity as soon as we have the particulars on this patent.
