Nels was previously assigned to the Phase II Task Force with responsibility for the Mid-Plant Offsites and the Sulfur Recovery Units. Prior to the Task Force assignment, he completed projects such as the Marine Vapor Recovery Unit for the Refinery Project Engineering Department.
