The Cinpathogen proposal states, "We anticipate completing the study during the third quarter of 2008." * Why will the UCHSC efforts, including the subcontractors such as EMBSI or the third party referenced in Dr. Gross's letter, conclude before the Cinpathogen efforts? Don't these efforts need to be in sync until the end of the study? * If Cinpathogen expects to deliver a final, complete set of study data to UCHSC or its designee by July, 2008; adding 4 weeks estimated for UCHSC or designee to compile study data & deliver to AHS = August 31, 2008 estimated availability to Dr. Wong / AHS. How will this jibe with the statement in Dr. Gross's letter that "We cannot commit to providing deliverables beyond the duration of time supported by the funds made available."? This is obviously a critical deliverable that must be supported. Should we use September 30,2008 or December 31,2008 as the appropriate date to end both the respective grant and contract?
