The twenty-four hour urine sample of your patient arrived a few days ago and is now in the process of analysis, so we will he able to report to you in about a week.
I note from your letter that an abnormal amount of lead had been reported as being present in this man's urine. May I ask whether or not arsenic determinations were also done?
It would be advisable in estimating this man's exposure and as an aid in Interpreting urinary lead finding, to have also a specimen of stool for analysis.
