Thank you for your emails! I completely understand that it would be better to have the papers beforehand. I will try to send you the papers the day before our meeting. We have an extensive review process for all of our position papers at AmCham EU and we are finalizing all of these papers early next week.
At this point I can share with you our most recent public position relating to PFAS, which we submitted as a consultation response to the Green Deal Call Area 8. I hope this is a helpful starting point.

We look very much forward to speaking with you next week on Tuesday 14 July. We are preparing three position papers which we would like to present to you during our meeting. I will be able to share these papers with you on 14 July ahead of our meeting.
As such, we would like propose the following agenda for our upcoming meeting: Introductions and brief overview of AmCham EU (5 mins) Presentation of three AmCham EU position papers (30 mins - 10 mins per paper) Discussion on your views and positions + a Q&A session (25 mins)
Would this be a suitable agenda?
I will also send a participant list from our side closer to the date of the meeting.
