MEMORANDUM TO FILE Analysis of Insulation Material - Main Steam Line for Homestead 48M Mill Engine In February, 1984, two bulk samples were collected from the Main Steam line of the Homestead 48" Mill Engine. Fiber Identification was performed by the Environmental Health Lab. The sample from the top layer of the Insulation was found to contain approximately 30-402 amoslte asbestos and 5-102 chrysotlle asbestos. The sample from the backing layers was found to contain approximately 40-502 amoslte asbestos and 5-102 chrysotlle asbestos.
