Hi, Matt. Good to hear from you, and I appreciate your thoroughness.
Attending next week on our side will be Samantha Dravis, Associate Administrator, Office of Policy. We won't need any info prior to your visit for security purposes. You will want to enter the building near where the Metro escalators are located. There are two sets of doors, one on the north and one on the south. You will need to use the south doors to the William J. Clinton Building. As you may know, we are located at 1200 Pennsylvania, N.W. Upon entering you will go through security screening (ID's are required) and the guard will call us to let us know you are here. At that time, one of us will meet you on the first floor to escort you to the Administrator's Office on the 3rd floor. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
Michelle

Michelle,
I'm working on a briefing memo for the HollyFrontier meeting next week.
Had a few quick questions.
o
Who from your end will be attending in addition to the Administrator?
17cv1906 Sierra Club v. EPA - 6/22 Production
ED 001523 00008023-00001
o
Does EPA need any information in advance? DOS's etc
o
Any particulars on building entrance or room number we should ask for would be
helpful
Thanks a bunch

Michelle,
Just heard back from his office. 16th is not ideal. March .13. 15, 23, 24 or even 7 or 8, if possible, would be better, but if those dates aren't available then we can stick with 16.
Please let me know if any of the alternatives work on your end.
Thank you again.

Michelle,
I have been asked to try to schedule a few minutes with Administrator Pruitt on behalf of George Damiris, HollyFrontier Corporation's President and CEO. He would like to discuss the renewable fuel standard and point of obligation issue, as well as the broader EPA policies that impact the company.
Based in Dallas, HollyFrontier is a merchant refiner that operates 5 refineries in Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico. HollyFrontier processes roughly 500,000 barrels of crude daily. They have a market cap of about $7 billion and employ roughly 5,000 people.
Mr. Damiris will travel to Washington at your convenience should the Administrator have availability.
I have attached comments filed by the company last week on the denial of their

petition to open a rulemaking to move the point of obligation.
Thanks for your consideration, and please let me know if you have any questions or need more information.

Thank you again.
