February llj., 1933 Dr. Graham Edgar Ethyl Gasoline Corporation Chrysler Building Ilew York C'ty New York Dear Doctor Edgar: 3 I have your letter of February 8th in which you referred to the question of aviation gasoline in foreign countries. I am expecting to be in Hew York next week and as my plans go, I shall probable be there Monday morning. If not, X shall certainly be there on Tuesday. There are a number of things which I wish to see Mr. Mittnacht about if he is planning to be in, and I should find it very convenient to discuss this ad ditional matter with, you and with Hr. Webb, If he is to be there. I would appreciate it very much, if you would drop me a line and let me know whether or not either on or both of these matters can be accomplished. If, indeed, Mr. Mittnacht is planning to be away, I could conceivably settle all the matters which I have on my mind by discussing them with Mr.,Webb. I should like very much to do this if it is at all possible, I enclose herewith a copy of a letter which I have written in response to your note and enclosures of February 7th I enclose, also, copies of two letters, together with my reply to the first, recently written to me by E. A. Bingham of Vincennes, Indiana, whose case has been considered previously. I have no doubt there is a file on the subject in the Hew York office, and I am sending all these copies for the obvious reason that you should be ^nnpossession of all the facts up to date since it seems certain that there will be some further stir over this case. For the present it seems to me that there is nothing to do about it. Very truly yoxirs,
