Regional S pecial Products Technical Directors are to review all regional special interior or exterior Trade Sales formulations and are to report to this office all pro ducts containing 1# or more of lead--stating the percentage of lead content. Labels used on all products so described are to be attached to this report. C. Regional Buyout Products All venders supplying products either sold under a purchased label or a Glidden labe] as a private brand are to be contacted. They are to fur nish you with a list of all products purchased by you containing l more of lead--stating the percentage of lead content. Labels or facsimiles of im printed lithographed or silk screened containers are to be included in their report. Attached is a sample letter to be used in requesting this information. Note - This does not Include vendors approved on Form 340 and Buyer's Guide-- they are being contacted by Mr, E. L. Patton. As a supplier of paint coatings or allied products to our Company, you are re quested to furnish us a list of all products, interior or exterior, purchased by us containing 1$ or more of lead in any form, and stating the percentage of lead content. Include a product label or facsimile of imprinting of litho graphed or silk screened containers. Please furnish this information and accompanying labels or facsimiles as soon as possible.
