Dear
I am contacting you on behalf of the European industry associations representing the construction equipment and agricultural machinery, as well as manufacturers of internal combustion engines and alternative powertrains installed in non-road mobile machinery, marine and stationary applications that are operating in Europe and worldwide. Attached you will find the EUROMOT, CEMA, CECE & EGMF joint industry questions to ECHA on the PFAS restriction process covering the non-road sector. As the non-road mobile machinery sector, we would like to get clarification on what exact sectors/applications will be addressed during the November 2024 meetings and whether we would fall under the scope.
We remain at your disposal,
Kind regards,
