Chris, I understand that you are confirming some of the stack and building characteristics. When Debbie has that information in hand and has a chance to run the current state model, I want to get together w'rth you ASAP to incorporate emission reduction plans into the model and evaluate further reductions, if necessary, to get the maximum concentration off-site down to < CEG. I have tentatively set up with Debbie a meeting for 10:OOAM on Monday August 27th. Please do everything you can to be available at that time. What I'd like to do is to have all WW persons in one place with a computer hooked into the network so we can use Nelmeeting to display model inputs and model results. To prepare for the meeting, Debbie will need to have a list of the emission reduction plans including how much emissions will be abated, when implementation is planned, what emission point will be affected, and any other changes in the location, stack height, air flow, etc. that may be affected by the project. After we analyze the planned programs, we should be prepared to discuss other options and run the model if necessary. Ta-Wei, Please confirm the WW participants' availability at 10:00 on Monday. Also let me know what number to call to reach you at that time. If the key players are not available at that time, please suggest an alternate time on Monday when we can have the meeting. We need to act quickly on this so I don't want to delay beyond Monday of next week. Thanks, Rob EID293488
