Panel members should examine their records and bring any changes in destination points, shipping points, amount of VC transported, or response team changes to the next Panel meeting on July 21, 1994. Panel members also will update the shipment volumes (by railcar) for 1993 and bring this information to the next meeting. 4.0 Mr. de la Cruz reviewed the draft letter to OSHA summarizing the meeting between OSHA representatives and Panel reprepsentatives. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the provision in the vinyl chloride standard addressing entry into areas of unknown concentrations or concentrations greater than 36,000 parts per million (ppm) 29 C.F.R. Section 1910.1017(g)(5)(i). Panel members should send the draft letter to their legal departments for review and bring any comments to the next Panel meeting. 5.0 The Panel reviewed the vinyl chloride brochure prepared by John Klimavicz. Panel members were advised to send the brochure to their legal departments for review prior to the Panel meeting. Mr. Klimavicz will work on replacing the photograph(s). Panel members reviewed each page of the brochure and discussed their comments. Mr. Klimavicz, Bob Ondocsin, and Dr. Shah will have a conference call to discuss the changes to the brochure. Mr. Klimavicz will bring the revised brochure to the next Panel meeting.
