RE: Kaiser Cement Corporation "Rip and Tear" Coverage
Dear Anthony:
Please find enclosed proposed wording which would eliminate the potential "Rip and Tear" Exclusion as respects Policy #RMBE9439790. Please review and advise if this is acceptable to Hanson.
Just a note-of caution, with the elimination of these exclusions, we may be providing coverages under an insurance contract which are not contemplated. Please review with Don and John as to the extent that you wish coverage to be included for Kaiser.
