' He wrote a letter to Ethyl and Du Pont stating that our TEL Blending Plant is designed not to wash TEL drums because only a few cc of TEL is remained in a drum according to the instruction by The Associated Ethyl Company. He received a reply from Accounting Manager of Petroleum Division of Du Pont saying that they recommend to install gasoline wash line, if we stick to the weigh tank blending plant. Dr. Akatsuka expects the similar answer from Ethyl Corporation. ^ ! | Since that is the case, we should like you to write a letter to B.P.M. and convince Du Pont that A E C 's device does not require drum washing. j ! Since we are obliged to be supplied TEL by three suppliers, Ethyl Corporation, Du Pont and AEC, we will not be able to install a TEL Blending Plant which is objected by one of them. - ' On the other hand, Dr. Akatsuka wanted to know how long the, ; AEC's stand pipe device has been in practice and its practical data. .
