Westfall and Elizabeth Westfall versus Whittaker, Clark & Daniels, et al versus Metropolitaa Talc Company, for Cyprus Mines Corporation. As I have indicated, Mr. Westfall, as an employee of Uniroyal, allegedly contacted mesothelioma from breathing in talc while employed at a rubber plant in Rhode Island. Tale may have been provided by Whittaker, Clark & Daniels, a sales agent for l\4etropolitan. Clprus is in the process of acquiring MetropolitaD Talc Company and thus the investigation must be completed by August 17th.
