RE: Sherwin-Williams vs.
Dear Robie:
I have spoken with Tony Colangelo at Sherwin-Williams about your
$4,000.00 settlement offer that you made after the hearing
scheduled last week.
Sherwin-Williams agreed to accept this
counter offer. This will confirm that you have agreed to pay
Sherwin-Williams $4,000.00 to satisfy the outstanding debt that you
owe Sherwin-Williams which accrued while you received ''double"
payments in long term disability benefits from
Sherwin-Williams Company and workers' compensation benefits from
the Travelers. As we agreed, this amount will be deducted from
your settlement with the Travelers and forwarded to
Sherwin-Williams.
Sherwin-Williams understands your situation and wants to make sure that you come out of this in the best possible situation.
Please give me a call if you have any comments or questions. Thank you.
Very truly yours,
Kenneth Lexier, Esquire
