Plant personnel tests by Laboratory using 8-hour Sipin equipment, and Summary of Bendix GC readings by shifts, expressed as 8-hour TWA's. The table covers the AF 3 area average, the other (non AF 3) areas averaged, along with the maximum observed ppm of VCL in the shift. Where possible, the times of excursions are noted. 2. A A 3. On three occasions in February, the plant was out of OSHA limits, based on >1 ppm 8-hour and/or 15 minute allowable 5 ppm.
