The attached reports cover February 19 chloride concentrations, as follows:

Plant personnel tests by Laboratory using 8-hour Sipin equipment, and
Summary of Bendix GC readings by shifts, expressed as 8-hour TWA's. The table covers the AF 3 area average, the other (non AF 3) areas averaged, along with the maximum observed ppm of VCL in the shift. Where possible, the times of excursions are noted.

On three occasions in February, the plant was out of OSHA limits, based on >1 ppm 8-hour and/or 15 minute allowable 5 ppm. These were 2/15/2200 (16 minute duration), 2/24/0630 (16 minute duration) and 2/24/1600..
Despite improvement of.the plant exhaust fans, the sample )
points are affected when venting the A-728 batches.
