Dear Dr. Kauffman!
Re: Charles Cherren (liable Dias C oopany)
On Koveaber 10, 1958 we obeerred Kr. Cherren who was complaining of an eruption of his hands of six and one-half years duration, '''his has been pre sent only from the "wrists down." There has been severe itching. The eruption tends to begin with small vesicles which, due to the severe itching, the patient scratchee and dies, tending to spread the eruption. Re had a period of costplete clearing approximately two years ago. There is no seasonal variation.
On physical examination it was our impression that this was a nummular ecseaa. Ye did not believe that this was associated with nls occupation.
for therapy we asked hla to oalt drinking all coffee and we prescribed Yltaaln X 50M units In the morning, accompanied with one Oastulorlc tablet. Topically we suggested Kydrocortior.se ^6, 2star it, Burovs solution in Ylofora cream.
Ye wish to thank yonfor your ''lndnese In re-
