Per the sidebar with Tom --there also are opportunities to work together on some not-so-obvious, but nonetheless important projects (e.g., avian habitat and vegetation management) that have great appeal to the average citizen. I want to reiterate that EEI and the investor-owned utilities collectively have both broad bandwidth and deep benches relative to policy and communications issues in EPA's extensive sphere of influence.
