This renovation will start February 18, 1980. The f|lnsulation will be removed as the first step and landfilled in ' T the designated asbestos landfill located on the Plant site. All the precautions outlined in 40 CFR 61.20 - 61.25 will be observed. This letter will serve as a notification of this work, as requir ed by 40 CFR 61.22 (d) (2).
