Sharp PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT The first regular meeting of the 1985 SHAC committee was called to order by the Chairman, Jim Gatewood, on Wednesday, Jan. 16 at the Holiday Inn in La Marque. 1985 SHAC Action Items The 1984 SHAC Action Items list was reviewed, and responsibilities for most assignments were reassigned to 1985 SHAC committee members. R. Hammann will issue the revised and updated 1985 SHAC ACTION ITEM list in the near future. J. Gatewood will report on the status of action item EPB-16 (Procedure Bulletin P-0118) at the next meeting. Responsibility for action item EPB-13 (Enhancement of STOP Program) will be assigned at a future date. Two new action items were added to the list - "Pressure Cylinder Quality and Handling", which was assigned to B. J. Sanders, and "Contractor Equipment Quality", assigned to J. Gatewood. 1st Quarter Safety and Housekeeping Inspection The 1st Quarter Safety and Housekeeping Inspection will be held during the week of Jan. 21. Each 1985 SHAC member will be responsible for selecting an inspection date and notifying his respective team members. This will be an unannounced inspection. All results are to be forwarded to D. Barfoot. 1985 SHAC Goals The 1985 SHAC goals will be developed at the next meeting. In order to prepare for this meeting, copies of the 1984 SHAC goals will be sent to members for review. SC 000448 LAM001645 SHAC Minutes - 1/16/85 page 2 PMSB In order to familiarize SHAC members with the operation of the PMSB, at least one SHAC member will attend PMSB meetings. Attendance at these meetings will be rotated among SHAC members. R. Sharp will attend the next meeting on Jan. 23. Investigation of Recordable Injuries SHAC will investigate all accidents resulting in record able injuries. J. Gatewood wants a full or interim report on our findings made available to G. Tromblee for comment, and then posted across the plant within five working days from the date of the accident.
